Tropical Storm Warning issued September 27 at 4:34AM EDT by NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC* LOCATIONS AFFECTED- Rock Hill- Fort Mill* WIND- LATEST LOCAL FORECAST: Below tropical storm force wind- Peak Wind Forecast: 20-30 mph with gusts to 60 mph- THREAT TO LIFE AND PROPERTY THAT INCLUDES TYPICAL FORECASTUNCERTAINTY IN TRACK, SIZE AND INTENSITY: Potential for wind 39to 57 mph- The wind threat has remained nearly steady from theprevious assessment.- PLAN: The sustained wind should remain less than tropicalstorm force. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain havefallen. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expectedover the area.
