This includes the Tribal Lands of the Lac CourteOreilles Reservation, the northwestern county of the Lac duFlambeau Band, the Red Cliff Band, the Bad River Reservation, theSt. Croix Band in Burnett County and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckleyand, Lena Lake counties. Recreation spots such as the ApostleIslands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island.* WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Showers and thunderstorms this evening will be capable ofwidespread rainfall of 1 to 2 inches with localized amountsof 3 or more inches possible. Flood Advisory issued June 4 at 7:50PM CDT until June 4 at 11:00PM CDT by NWS Duluth MN* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...In Minnesota, Pine County and Wisconsin, Burnett andDouglas Counties.* WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT Tuesday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,especially those locations that received heavy rainfall Sundaynight into Monday.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 749 PM CDT Tuesday, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain dueto thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected tobegin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch ofrain has fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expectedover the area. This additional rain will result in minorflooding.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Grantsburg, Trade Lake, Siren, Webster, Webb Lake Wisconsin,Dairyland, Danbury, Mille Lacs Band Lena Lake Area,Cloverton, Duxbury, Saint Croix Band Pike Lake area, SaintCroix Band Clam Lake Area, Saint Croix State Park, SaintCroix Band Sand Lake Area, Hertel, Saint Croix Band Bashawarea, Branstad, Randall, Oakland and Nickerson.- Flood safety information can be found atwww.weather.gov/safety/flood.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
