The heaviest rainfall totals will be confined to the Coast Mountains, however, bursts of heavy rain will occur across communities along Highway 16 from Kitwanga to Smithers throughout the day which will reduce visibility and may result in localised flooding and water pooling.Localised flooding in low-lying areas is possible.Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.###Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
