Urban areasmay receive more significant flooding and property damage due torapid runoff. Remember, flash flooding can occur well downstream.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- The threat for strong to severe thunderstorms and heavyrainfall will continue across the state through tonight as astrong upper level disturbance settles southward over thearea.
