Roads in several areas may be closed, alongwith property damage in urban or low lying spots due to runoff.Landslides may also occur in areas with steep terrain.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- A kona low northwest of the state will bring the potentialfor heavy rain and thunderstorms through at least Friday. Thefocus for excessive rainfall will be over Molokai, Lanai, andOahu initially, then will shift farther wester to focus overOahu, Kauai, and Niihau on Friday.
