Urban areasmay receive more significant flooding and property damage due torapid runoff.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- An upper level low will slowly move through the HawaiianIslands this weekend. Weather impacts include slow movingheavy rain and strong thunderstorms increasing the threat forflash flooding statewide.
