Wear lightweight and loosefitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morningor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion andheat stroke.To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety andHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks inshaded or air conditioned environments. Areas impacted will include Marina Drive as wellas numerous homes along the river.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 35.8 feet...or 0.8 feetabove flood stage.- Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24hours was 35.8 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 37.3feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall belowflood stage early Wednesday afternoon.- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
