In Southeast Kansas,Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho,Wilson and Woodson.* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will impact the regionthis afternoon through tonight. Pockets of very heavyrainfall and localized flooding are likely, along with thepotential for rises and rivers and streams.You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible FloodWarnings. Low-watercrossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 717 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the warned area.
