Flood Advisory issued May 16 at 9:07PM CDT until May 17 at 12:15AM CDT by NWS New Orleans LA* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the followingparishes, Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville,Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, West Baton Rouge and WestFeliciana.* WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 907 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rainhas fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expectedover the area.
