This band of smoke will slowly driftto the south and air quality will begin improving from north tosouth within the alert area. Air quality should improve acrosssouthern Minnesota by the end of the day.Sensitive groups, such aspeople with lung disease (including asthma), heart disease, andchildren and older adults, should avoid prolonged or heavy exertion.The general public should limit prolonged or heavy exertion.
