In northcentral Montana, Blaine, Chouteau and Hill.* WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 936 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring inthe advisory area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallenover the last 24 hours.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expectedover the area.
