In eastcentral Nebraska, Polk and York. In south central Nebraska,Buffalo, Dawson, Gosper, Hall, Hamilton, Kearney and Phelps.* WHEN...Through 1 PM Tuesday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will affect much ofcentral and south central Nebraska overnight, with one finalround of storms expected to track across the area from west-to-east mainly between 9 AM and 1 PM Tuesday. While totalrainfall amounts will surely vary considerably across thearea, confidence is increasing in totals between 1 and 3inches in many places, with as much as 3 to 5 inches possiblein a narrow swath or two if storms continue training over thesame places.
