Most areas will see 1 to 3 inches ofrainfall, with localized areas of 4 to 5 inches of rainfall.Confidence remains low at this point where flash flooding willoccur, but will be most likely for areas that see highest amountsover 4 inches. Additionally, urban areas will also be relativelymore susceptible to flooding impacts compared to rural areas. Whilenot everyone will see flash flooding, everyone should prepare forflash flooding by having multiple ways to receive warnings, and havea plan if one should be issued for your area.
