Flood Watch issued May 22 at 4:05AM CDT until May 23 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including thefollowing counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall today through Thursday mayresult in areas of flash flooding. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expectedover the area.
