Streamscontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not bepassable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 848 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
