For the High Surf Advisory, from 5PM Thursday to 8 PM EDT Friday.* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions andlocalized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the bestswimmers away from shore into deeper water.Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due todangerous surf conditions.Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax andfloat. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in adirection following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face theshore and call or wave for help.

Prepare for limited wind damage.- ACT: Act now to complete preparations before the windbecomes hazardous.- POTENTIAL IMPACTS: Limited- Damage to porches, awnings, carports, sheds, and unanchoredmobile homes. Evacuations and rescuesare possible.- PREPARE: Consider protective actions if you are in an areavulnerable to flooding.- ACT: Heed any flood watches and warnings.
