Streamscontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 951 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated bands of heavy rain continue to pass across thewarned area. Flooding is ongoing, with numerous creeks andstreams out of their banks, and several roads renderedimpassible by flood waters in the warned area.
