PWAT values will be increasing to values inexcess of 2.5 inches, which is around seasonal maxes for this timeof year.The increase in moisture will likely result in periods of heavyrain across South Florida from Tuesday through at least Friday.Slow moving storms combined with high rainfall rates may lead toinstances of flooding, especially over urban and poor drainagelocations.At this time there is still plenty of uncertainty regarding timingof heaviest rainfall and rainfall amounts. Those details shouldcome into clearer focus over the coming days.
