Water affects2nd Street at Iowa Street. Most of Le Claire Park is under water.Water affects Credit Island.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 11:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.5 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stageWednesday afternoon and continue rising to 17.8 feet Monday,July 01.
