Flood Warning issued June 22 at 11:51AM CDT until June 25 at 11:43PM CDT by NWS Des Moines IA...The National Weather Service in Des Moines IA has issued a FloodWarning for the following rivers in Iowa...Cedar River at Cedar Falls affecting Black Hawk County.Cedar River at Janesville affecting Bremer, Butler and Black HawkCounties.Cedar River at Waterloo affecting Black Hawk County.* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.* WHERE...The Cedar River at Janesville, or from Quarter Section Runto the West Fork Cedar River.* WHEN...From Sunday evening to late Tuesday evening.* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects W 3rd St and may result inevacuation of a trailer court in Janesville. Water also affectsmuch of the Janesville city park as well as nearby gravel roads.At 14.0 feet, Water threatens areas of Janesville south of 8th St.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 5.0 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagelate tomorrow evening to a crest of 15.8 feet early Mondayafternoon.
