Coastal Flood Advisory issued May 15 at 10:16AM EDT until May 15 at 3:00PM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level inlow lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.* WHEN...Until 3 PM EDT this afternoon, especially around thetime of high tide.* IMPACTS...At 2.6 feet, water may begin to pond in the parkinglot at Annapolis City Dock, and surround the Alex HaleyMemorial.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to one and a half feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 12:02PM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
