Between 1 and 3 inches of rain havefallen. Additional rainfall amounts of up to 1 inch are possible inthe warned area. While heavy rain has ended, any remaining floodingissues may linger the next few hours.HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.SOURCE...Radar.IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poordrainage and low-lying areas.Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...Dexter, Bernie, Bloomfield, Advance, Morehouse, Puxico, Essex,Bell City, Fisk, Dudley, Baker and Penermon.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
