Flood Advisory issued May 17 at 12:18AM CDT until May 17 at 4:15AM CDT by NWS Paducah KY* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Missouri, including the followingcounty, Scott.* WHEN...Until 415 AM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1218 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This willcause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inchof rain has fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expectedover the area.
