In New York, Southern Westchester County.* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 11 PM thisevening to 4 AM EDT Saturday. For the second Coastal FloodAdvisory, from 11 AM to 4 PM EDT Saturday.* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerablelocations near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and lowlying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homesand businesses with basements near the waterfront will experienceminor flooding.
