This Fire Weather Watch below7000 feet for wind and low relative humidity is in effect fromMonday afternoon through Monday evening.* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 496 Color Country Mountainsbelow 7000 feet.* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph Sundayafternoon and evening. Gusts may increase to 40 to 45 mphMonday afternoon and evening.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent. Overnight recoverieswill be poor, averaging around 20-30%. Humidities will trendupward Monday and may increase above 15% by afternoon.* IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are likely to occur.Any new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly.A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditionsare either occurring now...or are imminent.
