Minor hail damage to vegetation ispossible.Locations impacted include...Crown Point, Cornwall, Weybridge, Schroon Lake, Whiting, Addison,Shoreham, Crown Point Center, Bridport, D A R State Park, Port Henry,Orwell, Leicester, Waltham, Salisbury, Black Point, Plumies Point,Gilligans Bay, Giards Bay, and Fivemile Point.This includes Interstate 87 between mile markers 85 and 92, and nearmile marker 95.If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead tolocalized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through floodedroadways.Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safeshelter inside a building or vehicle.If on or near Lake Champlain, get out of the water and move indoorsor inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 milesfrom the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are closeenough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now!
