General Flood Advisory (Final) Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) {formerly "JOSIE"} was estimated based on all available data at 1,095 km East of Southeastern Luzon (14.4°N, 134.3°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Northern Luzon. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED : + **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay. + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan. + **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit. With this development and unless significant rain occurs, this is the final general flood advisory for this event.
