Waves will gradually diminish throughMonday but still remain 4 to 5 feet through early Mondayevening.* WHERE...Mobile Coastal and Baldwin Coastal Counties.* WHEN...For the High Rip Current Risk, from 7 AM CDT Saturdaythrough late Monday night. For the High Surf Advisory, from 1AM Sunday to 6 PM CDT Monday.* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions andlocalized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the bestswimmers away from shore into deeper water.Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due todangerous surf conditions.Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax andfloat. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in adirection following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face theshore and call or wave for help.
