No overbank flooding has beenreported yet. However, as the breakup front moves downstreamtowards Circle it is likely that small jams will form and release,leading to rapidly changing water levels with the potential forminor or moderate flooding at Circle.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- The ice jam broke 29 miles upstream of Circle this morning.Ice is currently moving freely upstream from Circle but hasthe possibility to reform an ice jam as the breakup frontmakes it way downriver to Circle.
