Flood Watch issued April 28 at 10:16AM CDT until April 29 at 1:00AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian andWashington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,Ottawa, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.* WHEN...Through late tonight.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Shower and thunderstorm redevelopment this afternoon isexpected across the watch area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rainhas fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expectedover the area.
