For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezingtemperatures as low as 30 possible.* WHERE...Fort Collins, and Boulder and the western suburbs ofDenver.* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until midnight MDT tonight. Forthe Freeze Watch, from late Tuesday night through early Wednesdaymorning.* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down tree limbs. Brief poweroutages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially forhigh profile vehicles.Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitivevegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for highprofile vehicles. Use extra caution.Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. Drain aboveground outdoor plumbing to prevent damage.
