In New Jersey, Salem.* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Wednesday.* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the mostvulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or fullroad closures are possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of minor coastal floodingwill be possible Wednesday evening.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed.
