Coastal Flood Advisory issued April 26 at 9:26PM EDT until April 27 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in lowlying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in the District of Columbia.* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Saturday, especially around the time ofhigh tide.* IMPACTS...Shoreline inundation is expected along portions ofthe seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point LoopRoad, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tides at Washington Channel are at 10:52PM and 10:51 AM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
