Flood Advisory issued May 7 at 2:58PM CDT until May 7 at 5:30PM CDT by NWS Chicago IL* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.* WHERE...Cook County, Illinois, and northern Lake County, Indiana.* WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 253 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated that heavy rainfall had moved out of the advisoryarea offshore over Lake Michigan. Up to 2 inches of rain havefallen from this storm in a narrow corridor from northernWill County through southern Cook County.
