Water affects County Road E63north of the river near Toronto and affects the lowest roads inBuena Vista.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.9 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stagejust after midnight tonight to a crest of 11.4 feet Wednesdayevening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday morning.- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drivecars through flooded areas.Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
