In Southeast Kansas,Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho,Wilson and Woodson.* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will impact the regionthis afternoon through tonight. Pockets of very heavyrainfall and localized flooding are likely, along with thepotential for rises and rivers and streams.You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible FloodWarnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be preparedto take action should flooding develop.Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades.
