InSoutheast Kansas, Elk, Greenwood, Wilson and Woodson.* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT Sunday.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due toexcess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings areinundated with water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 836 AM CDT, Doppler radar and rainfall reports indicatedexcessive rainfall and runoff. Flooding is already occurringin the warned area.
