Flooding may occurin poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Flooding continues in portions of the watch area. Streamscontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not bepassable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 727 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding isalready occurring in the warned area.
