Flood Watch issued April 29 at 1:27AM CDT until April 29 at 12:00PM CDT by NWS Shreveport LA* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes,Bienville, Caldwell, De Soto, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln,Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Sabine, Union and Winn and eastTexas, including the following counties, Angelina, Nacogdoches,Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby.* WHEN...Until noon CDT today.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Periods of showers and thunderstorms, some of which maycontain locally heavy rainfall, will continue this morningacross portions of Deep East Texas and much of NorthLouisiana. Widespread rainfall amounts of two to four incheshave fallen since Sunday evening across much of the Watcharea, with additional rainfall amounts of one to two inchespossible through 12 PM today.
