For the Coastal Flood Watch, up to one footof inundation above ground level possible in low lying areasdue to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 5 PM EDTSaturday, especially around the time of high tide. For theCoastal Flood Watch, from late Saturday night through Sundaymorning, especially around the time of high tide.* IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses onDock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot isflooded. Compromise Street is flooded.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at2:35 AM and 2:47 PM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-proneproperty.
