Water also nearly covers thepromenade at the dragon boat dock in the Inner Harbor. At 3.0feet, water begins encroaching upon yards in the BowleysQuarters area.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet abovenormal. High tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 4:50 AM.If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may beclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water ofunknown depth.
