Extensive damage also occurs to cropland and pasture.At 31.0 feet, The Missouri-Pacific railroad tracks are overtopped.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 31.5 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.5feet early tomorrow afternoon.
