Streamscontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 344 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain has caused the James and Finley riverbasins to increase. Flooding is already occurring in thewarned area.
