In northcentral Montana, Blaine, Chouteau and Hill.* WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1001 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated rain and snowmelt. Minor flooding is alreadyoccurring in the advisory area. Between 2 and 7 inches ofrain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.4 inches are expectedover the area.
