The strongest winds and critically low relativehumidity values today will favor the central mountain chain andnortheast highlands westward. Then, relative humidity will plummetover eastern areas as well on Monday. Strong winds on Monday willdevelop first over eastern areas, then linger longest overeastern areas in the evening as well.The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red FlagWarning...which is in effect from noon today to 10 PM MDT thisevening.
