Red Flag Warning issued May 6 at 8:51PM MDT until May 7 at 9:00PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM...RED FLAG WARNING TUESDAY FROM 10 AM UNTIL 9 PM AREAWIDE BELOWSNOWPACK DUE TO STRONG WINDS, VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND ANUNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE......FIRE WEATHER WATCH WEDNESDAY FROM 11 AM UNTIL 8 PM ALONG ANDEAST OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN BELOW SNOWPACK DUE TO STRONGWINDS AND VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY....A weather pattern conducive for large fire growth will continuethrough Wednesday as a broad trough remains over the westernUnited States keeping the flow over New Mexico dry and windy. Thestrongest winds are forecast over northern areas and the centralmountains and highlands Tuesday, then along and east of thecentral mountain chain again Wednesday.
