The strongest winds and critically low humidities Sundaywill favor the central mountain chain and northeast highlandswestward. Then, humidities will plummet over eastern areas as wellon Monday. Winds will strengthen over central and eastern areaslate Monday morning, but not until mid afternoon farther west.The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a FireWeather Watch...which is in effect from Monday morning throughMonday evening.* AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Highlands (Zones 123) from noonuntil 10 PM MDT Sunday, and from 11 AM until 10 PM Monday.* 20 FOOT WINDS...On Sunday, south and southwest 25 to 35 mph withgusts up to 55 mph. On Monday, southwest and west 25 to 35 mphwith gusts up to 50 mph.* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...On Sunday, 14 to 22 percent, except 22 to30 percent around Capulin.
