Red Flag Warning issued April 30 at 1:30PM MDT until May 1 at 8:00PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT ACROSS EASTERN NEW MEXICO AND THEUPPER RIO GRANDE VALLEY LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH WEDNESDAYEVENING DUE TO STRONG WINDS, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY, AND ANUNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE....Southwest winds will increase Wednesday ahead of a disturbanceover the Great Basin. 20 foot winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts of35 to 40 mph, relative humidity falling to or below 10 percentfor a few hours, high Haines and dry fine fuels will result incritical fire weather conditions late Wednesday morning throughearly evening.
