Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundatedwith water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 619 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rainhave fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible inthe warned area.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Newkirk, Kaw City, Braman,Kildare, Chilocco, Kaw Lake, Nardin, Hardy, Peckham andBlackwell Lake.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
