Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due toexcess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slowmoving or standing water.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1251 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the warned area.
