In southern Oklahoma, Carterand Murray.* WHEN...Until 645 AM CDT.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roadsremain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due toexcess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slowmoving or standing water.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1251 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rainhave fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible inthe warned area.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Ardmore, Ada, Holdenville, Tishomingo, Coalgate, Wewoka,Wetumka, Dickson, Byng, Allen, Mannsville, Ravia, Stonewall,Wapanucka, Dustin, Lehigh, Tupelo, Mill Creek, Milburn andFrancis.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/floodTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
